2011 Audi A4 Quattro

I am a big fan of Audi and I really like the A4. It has a conservative yet sporty look to it and you just can’t beat an Audi interior.

Here is the biggest problem, the front wheel drive version only comes with a CVT when equiped with the Automatic. I am not a fan of CVT transmissions, I would rather have the DSG. You need to move up to the Quattro to get the 8 speed auto option.

I do like the 2.0 engine. Just add an APR tune and you have a car that will get you in the mid 5s in 0-60 times.

2012 Porsche Cayman R

I am a big fan of the Porsche Cayman. Slick looks, great handling and a very good power to weight ratio. I was reading an article on the new Cayman R and couldn’t help but think of one thing…. the Audi TTRS.

I think the TTRS would be a good match for this car both in a straight line and on the track. And, for about $20K less.

2012 Audi A6 Avant Wagon

Tired of that SUV? more importantly, tired of that SUV mileage? Want a sports “car” with room to spare? well the 2012 Audi A6 Avant may be the car..uh..wagon for you.

The 3 liter TDI has serious torque and an estimated sprint to 60 in 5.5 seconds. I like the look of the new Avant, even if it is not over the top.
