I recently spotted Jay Leno’s newest project.  It’s a bio-diesel powered GM Jet car conceived with the partnership of GM.  It’s based on the Corvette Chassis and for now, may be more show than go.

Jay is known for having one of the most unique and interesting car collections in the world. From steam powered cars to fire engines and Muscle cars, Jay has something that every car guy and girl wants.

Jay has a new prime-time comedy show coming out soon. From the previews it looks a lot like his old Tonight show format. Although it might be funny, it would seem to be a better fit for Jay to host a weekly Car/Comedy show.  I think Jay could put an American twist on a show formatted similar to “Top Speed”. 

Jeremy Clarkson, the host of Top Speed, has done a nice job with bringing his personality and honest opinions to his show. Whether you agree or disagree with his reviews, you can’t help but appreciate his style.

I believe NBC and Jay may have missed the boat on this one.
